My age is 19 years and i am 5′5in ( 163 cms)
Can any body tell me what should be my diet to increase my height.
The eating timings, exercise and what things when to eat.
A full time table that i should follow to increase my height.

i dont think theres a eating diet to increase your height
however i heard playing sports like basketball can help you be tall

Males usually stop growing at 18 so your growth plates are probably closed and that means no further height growth is possible.
A bone X-ray can determine whether or not your growth plates are still open or already closed.
Although the absolute deadline for male height growth is 25 in most cases any further growth after 18 is likely to be insignificant but there are exceptions.
