Will My Height increase now?
hi i m 16 yrs n 4 mnths..my height is 5′4 only…my mothers hieght is also 5′4 n my fathers hieght is 5′7…i just wanted to ask that wthr i will b able to gain more heiht or nt….n if yes….what are the measures to increase my heght(plz xplain the exercises in detail)….plz help me..i m very concious bout my height…..i want to b atleast 5′9….plz help me…ny kinda help will b aprciated…thnx

There is no way you will be 5′9… You should still be growing, so I’m guessing you will be 5′6…
There is nothing you can do… Eating healthy may give you like 0.5”

My mum is 5′3 and my dad is 5′8 and I’m 19 and 5′10. You could still get a growth spurt and could grow up to 7 inches a year if you get one – quite unlikely though that it will be quite that much. The best way to encourage this growth is to get the proper conditions for growth. You should sleep 9-10 hours a night at your age and you should aim to be asleep by midnight as often as possible. You should take calcium supplements with vitamin d. You should take multivitamins. You could take zinc and iron -my multivitamin comes with iron. Try to take these at night time with a glass of water for the best benefit. Make sure you exercise a lot – this will stretch your joints and also could produce HGH – a hormone involved in growth. Eat plenty of protein. Try hypnosis – try anything that could help. Hanging on a bar can cause cartilidge in your spine to decompress making you taller. If you sleep without a pillow your spine is more alligned for growth. You are up to an inch taller in the morning you could try to keep a good posture to maintain some of this height – it is usually lost during the day as gravity compresses your spine. One thing I could recommend are amino acids. I take l-arginine which can help growth by producing HGH(human growth hormone). L-glutamine could also help as could other amino acids.

A few things that help…
I was 5’7 at 23. now I am turning 24 in a month and I am 6′0. I grew the most during last summer because I actually started using a herbal height enhancer 6 month course.
the following helped me and still help:
1) Drinking at least 2 big glasses of milk a day.
2.) playing basketball and going swimming. Basketball really helps, and you should also work out your calves and thigh muscles, that helps too.

I have used the following secrets and they have helped me grow taller so try to follow them.
Don’t drink pop, don’t eat junk food. These foods and drinks are quite useless, and I would never eat or drink them. Instead, eat foods rich with many vitamins and nutrients. You need two important nutrients for your bones to grow nicely and healthy – calcium and vitamin D. Calcium helps to build and maintain your bones. Vitamin D helps you absorb calcium. Both of these nutrients are abundant in foods and drinks like milk, cheese, yogurt, tuna, eggs, chicken and etc.
For milk, drink 2% and not 3% because it will make you fat.
I have seen many reports which show that our brain releases more human growth hormone when the entire body is calm and relaxed – so you have to sleep more in a comfortable environment.
